BA Kin, RMT
David is a massage therapist specializing in sports and
repetitive strain injuries. Prior to entering the field of Massage Therapy
he completed a Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health
Sciences at York University. He has also worked in the fitness industry as
a personal trainer.
David frequently learns and adds new massage techniques to his
“toolbox” to have many options to treat a client efficiently and
effectively. He is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapist Association
(OMTA) and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of
Ontario.
David is active in cycling in the warmer times of the year and
snowboarding and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Allison Hobson-Wardell graduated from Sutherland Chan
School of Massage Therapy specializing in dance and sport related
injuries. In her practice, she uses a wide variety of manual therapy
techniques such as myofascial release, muscle energy,
strain-counter-strain, and active isolated stretch. She also instructs her
patients regarding proper body mechanics, utilizing remedial exercises to
improve overall posture and athletic performance. Since graduating she has
enhanced her clinical skills further through post-graduate courses in
Infant Massage, as well as becoming a Stott Trained Pilates Instructor.
Allison is currently teaching the Strength &
Conditioning course for the dance students at George Brown College, home
of Ballet Canada. Here she has been working with very talented and
artistic dance students who are preparing for professional careers in
ballet, pointe, hip hop, lyrical, tap, jazz, modern, and theatrical
dance.
Allison has had the privilege of serving as the Massage
Therapist for the Cirque du Soleil production of Alegria in 2004, treating
Contortionists, Acrobats, Singers, and Performing Artists. She has also
been on the medical team for the 2005 Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics
Nationals. Allison was the team therapist for both the Ontario Provincial
and Canadian National Synchronized Swimming Teams in 2005, who went on to
win the Gold at the Pan American Games in Florida.
Christine specializes in sport related massage as well as massage
throughout pregnancy.
Christine has had a lifelong passion for sports and medicine. Her
background includes a BSc Physical Education degree from York
University. She graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College with a
diploma in Massage Therapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist in
1998. Christine has added to her skill set by completing post graduate
education in Joint Mobilizations of the Spine and the Foot, Massage For
Pregnancy, and Active Soft Tissue Manipulation for the Upper and Lower
extremities , Lumbar Spine and Cervical Spine.
Christine is a proud member of the Ontario Massage Therapist
Association, the professional association for Massage Therapists in
Ontario and served as President and Chapter Representative for the
Toronto Chapter of the OMTA from 2002 - 2005.

Christine has participated in many different sports which assist in her
understanding of the injuries that her patients may incur. These include tennis,
badminton, figure skating, inline skating, skiing, curling, basketball,
volleyball, canoeing, kayaking and Pilates. She has completed 2 Inline Skating
Marathons.
