In Memory of
Paula Menendez
Paula
Menendez was a much loved member of our Pivot team. Her colleagues and
patients were shocked and tremendously saddened to learn of her tragic death on
February 12, 2007.
Paula
was an accomplished therapist who strove for excellence in her work. She completed her Diploma of Manual and
Manipulative Physiotherapy, earned her second level in
acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, and was involved
in clinical teaching in the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of
Toronto.
She
took wonderful care of her patients and her co-workers. We could always
count on Paula to share in jokes, laughs, and hugs on off days.
We
will all miss Paula's bubbly personality and joy of life.

Tragic
Loss of Beloved Colleague
Feb
13, 2007
It is with
tremendous sadness and disbelief that we inform you that Paula Menendez
was found dead on Monday, February 12, 2007.
Paula has been
a much loved member of our Pivot team. Paula was an accomplished
therapist who strove for excellence in her work. She took wonderful care
of her patients and her co-workers. We could always count on Paula
to share in jokes, laughs, and hugs on off days. We will miss her bubbly
personality and joy of life.
On the day
Paula died, her twin sister gave birth to a baby boy. Family meant
everything to Paula. She adored her niece and would have loved to have
known her nephew.
We would like
to establish a fund to be passed to her niece and nephew in Paula’s
memory. Donations are welcome.
Thank
you,
Dinah,
